Hardik is an engineer, entrepreneur, and systems builder whose career is rooted in solving complex, real-world problems across digital identity, financial inclusion, enterprise software, critical infrastructure, energy, industrial logistics, and national supply chains. His journey began as a student in India, where demands for bribes to access subsidized cooking gas led him to file his own patent in December 2008 for a neutral technology layer that could enforce rules, verify beneficiaries, and make deliveries traceable — the idea behind Systemkraft, founded in 2009.
Systemkraft connected fuel distribution, national biometric identity, and formal banking access: an end-to-end distribution management system for BPCL, HPCL, and IOCL across networks serving more than 180 million household accounts and over 20,000 distributors (impacting more than 300M+), a project-specific eKYC and authentication stack built with UIDAI, and bank integrations that helped enable first-time formal bank accounts for more than 50 million people in rural India. He later co-founded SSRI Creative Construction, using machine learning and Graph Neural Networks to build an enterprise operating system for metro rail, power generation, underground construction, and energy, and then led a performance-based transformation of an LPG network of more than 900 distributors across 22 bottling plants, cutting complaint resolution from 11 hours to 1.8 and delivery from 32.5 hours to 5.1.
After moving to Silicon Valley in 2022 and completing a Master of Science at Stanford University, he saw that industries differing in terminology, systems, and regulation share one foundational intelligence challenge. Blue River Labs is the answer to it.
